Jo No Kata

After picking up some of the basics, Jo No Kata is the first Kata which Basil Leeshue and his team guides the students into combining several moves together.  Jo No Kata includes a number of blocks, punches and kicks.
Once mastered, you are ready to be put to the test and proudly earn your first stripes.
